My sister, Donna came over the other day with an awesome find: Sparkling ICE. My nephew proudly presented me with a bottle and told me I had to share it on the blog. So here it is, and yes it was delicious! It’s now available in my grocery store, so I’m buying up a bunch for our Memorial Day BBQ this weekend. With some of it, I’m going to freeze Frozen Raspberry ICE Pops. It’s going to be a cool dessert for my nephew, nieces and boys. Plus, I’m making a special pop for my sister – see the adult version below.
Thanks for sharing Donna and Joe!
Frozen Raspberry ICE Pops
Ingredients:
- Ice Cube Tray (or your favorite ice pop making molds)
- Toothpicks or popsicle sticks
- I Bottle Black Raspberry Sparkling ICE
- 1 Container of fresh raspberries, chopped
Preparation:
Fill you trays or molds with Sparkling ICE, topping each with a scoop of chopped raspberries. If using ice cube trays cover tray tightly with tin foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the foil into each cube. If using an ice pop maker place the handle sticks into the molds. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. Enjoy!
Servings: 6-14, depending on the mold/trays used
Adult Variation:
Add 3 oz of berry flavored vodka to the Sparkling ICE and mix well before pouring into molds. Enjoy Responsibly!
