Teens love getting creative and toddlers love scooping out the slimy center – and with all this carving and scooping come tons of pumpkin seeds. Don’t let them go to waste. Toast them up and enjoy a healthy snack with the kids after all your hard work or use them to add texture to salads, taste to breads, or dress up soup as a topping.
