I have spent summers on the Jersey Shore my whole life. As a child, our family would vacation in Cape May and Wildwood Crest. As a teen, I would road trip with my girlfriends to Bayhead and Point Pleasant for the day. During my college years, my roommates and I lived on Long Beach Island waitressing for tourists in restaurants on the island. My twenties meant group rentals in Stone Harbor and Seagirt and finally after marrying and having children we have our own home a few blocks from the ocean in Belmar. Needless to say, through the years I have tasted it all and that is why I treasure this NEW book: The Jersey Shore Cookbook from fellow blogger and Jersey Food expert Deborah Smith.
