In our opinion Jacques Torres is not just Mr. Chocolate he is the King of Chocolate. We have been fans for years, long before the likes of Food Network took a shine to him! Yesterday, while loading up on chocolate for Valentine’s Day, we had the opportunity to interview Jacques Torres.
