Celebrate your friendship with your best gal pals this year on Galentine’s Day. Every February 13th it’s all about the ladies celebrating ladies. To inspire you to host a party of your own, we put together a recap from a ladies luncheon we co-hosted that makes a perfect Galentine’s Day party!
Host at home or out, but make sure to add special touches that the ladies will love. Below we detail how to decorate the table and create a DIY Dessert In A Jar Bar that your Gal Pals will swoon over!
Decorate the Table: The table was designed to evoke an inviting and nostalgic spirit perfect for a luncheon with the ladies. We used a combination of natural and feminine elements incorporated with the charming Aladdin products to achieve this look. The place settings featured feminine elements (elegant glass beaded chargers and pink linen napkins), which are juxtaposed against the natural elements (the rustic wood table, Magnolia leaf, and twine) creating the perfect balance of nostalgic charm. Aladdin Mason products (Mason Cups and the 16oz Insulated Mason Tumbler with handles, lid and straw) anchored each place setting, adding an element of carefree fun. The tumbler kept drinks cold, allowing us to pre-set beverages, and kept pretty manicured hands dry with the no-sweat exterior. (Other Product Features: Double wall insulated. Keep drinks hot or cold. Smoothie-sized straw. Perfect for blended drinks. Single-serve compatible. Brew your favorite drinks right into your mason tumbler. Dishwasher safe. BPA Free).
Dotting this expansive tablescape, were garden-inspired bouquets simply arranged in Aladdin Mason Tumblers for a feminine, not fussy look. These sweet floral arrangements can also double as a take home favor for your guests. The 16oz Insulated Mason Tumbler made the perfect vase for the arrangements and added to the nostalgic vibe at the table.
The DIY Dessert in a Jar Bar was hands down the party favorite of the day. The ladies were each served an Aladdin Mason Cup filled with cubed pound cake, toppings were served family style and each guest customized their own dessert. It made the perfect container for serving this special treat in a stress free way.
Create a DIY dessert station for the girls to mix and match toppings in charming mason cups. Use our dessert station as inspiration to create your own in a few easy steps. It’s perfect for adults’ and children’s hands and a must for outdoor entertaining!
- Pick your base – we love pound cake as it compliments the flavors of all our toppings.
- Select a variety of fun and fresh toppings – fresh berries, lemon curd, raspberry or cranberry coulis (our recipe here>), whipped cream and shaved white chocolate.
- Presentation – prep your station by placing your cubed pound cake in these charming Aladdin Mason Cups and display at your station. Right before dessert time add refrigerated topping to your display.

The Aladdin sponsored luncheon was held at the award winning, 3109 Peidmont Estate in Atlanta, Georgia. Built in 1797 in Wilkes County, GA., this antebellum mansion was carefully moved brick by brick to its current location on Piedmont road in the heart of Buckhead. Recently renovated, this magnificent southern mansion offers all the charm and allure of the era in which it was built.
