Lingonberry Recipes – Super (party) Food

Dr. Oz featured Lingonberries and a delicious smoothie on his show today.  This super food has the highest concentration of anti-oxidants of all berries. Try the recipe below as a super healthy smoothie and the next time you entertain incorporate them in your party to show your guests know how much you love them!

Lingonberry Smoothie


  • 3/4 Cup of ice
  • 1 Cup of almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp of Lingonberry jam


  • Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and mix.  Your kids will love it!

Dawn’s NOTE:  Throw in some fresh blueberries too!
