Must-Haves for Fall Entertaining

The days are getting shorter and with less than a week till Labor Day, it’s time to start thinking of all the wonderful ways to celebrate Autumn.  Here’s your heads up list for the tools you need to have on hand for fall cooking and entertaining.
Risotto, pie, braised anything and soup are the dishes your guest will die for this fall.  Check what you have on stock and make sure you’re set to go.  Having the right pot, pan or dish for these foods is critical and can make your work easier and the outcome a success.  Then stay tuned as I turn up the heat this September with recipes that rock!

Here are some of the best of their kind…

Calphalon Unison Nonstick Sear Stockpot, 8qt. | Williams-Sonoma
Le Creuset Round Dutch Oven, 9-Qt. | Williams-Sonoma
Monogrammed Ruffoni Hand-Hammered Copper Risotto Pan | Williams-Sonoma

  1. hi!This was a really superb blog!

Also I learn a lot in your subject really thanks very much i will come every day

  2. I love my Dutch Oven and use it all the time – I can’t wait to start making fall comfort foods. Home Goods and TJMaxx often have Le Creuset Dutch Ovens for much lower than Williams-Sonoma – be on the lookout as this is a “must have”, at least in my kitchen! Great list Dawn!
