Beach Comber – Friday’s Featured Cocktail

Coconut, pineapple and orange add up to this beachy, beauty of a cocktail. In addition to a wonderful tropical taste, it’s host friendly. Mix it up ahead of time in a pitcher, then when guests arrive, give it a good stir and serve in rocks glasses over ice . This way you get to be a guest at your own party, instead of being the bartender!

  1. I have to be honesty – I have a “prejudice” of sorts against OJ based cocktails (which might be due in part to a particularly bad Superbowl party with your sister in Ridgewood one year), but this looks yummy enough to lift the ban!

  2. That will do it TUWABVB , I had a similar feeling about Tequila.

  3. Loved the Beach Comber! Refreshing & delicious.. Enjoying your many great ideas. Good grief, you’re encouraging me to entertain More!
