Friday’s Featured Cocktail – Kir Royale
I have been enjoying this cocktail for years, it’s my “go-to” bubbly when imbibing on special occasions. Like it’s name suggests, it’s fit for a King or Queen and is a festive way to toast the holidays or ring in the New Year! Enjoy, the recipe’s below.
Kir Royale
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces champagne
- 1/2 ounce crème de cassis
- Lemon twist
Preparation:
- Pour the champagne and cassis into a champagne flute. Stir. Garnish with lemon twist.
