This Sunday, July 10th is National Piña Colada Day, so grab some rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and blend them together for a cool and delicious cocktail.

Our friends at Tommy Bahama have perfected the Piña Colada and we’re pleased to share their special recipe with you. It was crafted by one of Tommy Bahama’s master mixologists and it’s served in the vibrant, yet chill vibe of Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar.  Below please find the recipe to mix up one at home or scroll down for the list of restaurant locations and visit this weekend to enjoy one especially prepared for you!

Tommy Bahama Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Bacardi® Light Rum
  • 1 3/4 parts cream of coconut (preferably Coco López®)
  • 8-10 pineapple cubes, diced 1″
  • 1 part Seven Tiki® Spiced Dark Rum

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients, except for the dark rum, with ice until smooth
  2. Pour into glass
  3. Top with dark rum

Glassware: Hurricane

Garnish: Pineapple wedge and orchid
