Very Berry Spring Smoothie!

Spring Mixed Berry Smoothie is the perfect party treat!

Serve this healthy treat in vintage glass milk bottles embellished with ribbon and striped paper straws to make a statement on your brunch table. Perfect for Easter, Mother’s Day, Baby Showers or any brunch celebration.

 

Very Berry Smoothie (makes 3 servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. agave nectar (you can substitute 1/2 tsp. honey) – optional
  • 1/2 cup liquid (you can use juice or milk)*

 

Super Simple Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender, puree until smooth. If mixture is too thick, thin out to desired consistency by adding more liquid.

 

*We like pomegranate and orange juice, but experiment with your favorite juice, just take into consideration the tartness or sweetness of your juice and make sure it’s balanced in your smoothie.
