If you always thought guacamole was too hard to make, this recipe will show you just how quick and easy it is to whip up. Using five fresh ingredients you can easily dish up a delicious “dip” that is sure to become a favorite.
Dawn’s Note: This stuff is so good I want to take a bath in it!
Ingredients (serves 4-6)
- 2 ripe Haas Avocados
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 red onion diced
- 6 grape tomatoes halved and sliced
- cracked pepper to taste
- sea salt to taste
- Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop out avocado from peel. Empty into plastic or glass bowl. Mash with potato masher. Add lemon juice, garlic, onion, pepper and salt, mix thoroughly, and fold in tomatoes. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
