Friday Night Bites – Spanish Tapas

 

Tonight enjoy simple Spanish tapas before dinner.  Make up a platter with Serrano ham, fresh bread, extra virgin olive oil, Manchego cheese,  salted almonds and Spanish olives.  Sip white or red Spanish wine (suggestions below) and kick off the weekend right!
