The PARTY PRETZEL!
I had to share this spring appetizer recipe from Pretzel Crisps. It’s simple to make, tasty to eat, and looks so pretty on a platter. I always keep Pretzel Crisps in our house for snacking, but I was excited to discover that Pretzelcrisps.com had so many amazing appetizer recipes (100 plus!) Each member of my family has a favorite flavor, my youngest loves the Cheddar Minis and my favorite is the Sea Salt and Black pepper featured in the recipe below. Hope you enjoy!
Spiced Crab w/ Snow Peas Pretzel Crisp Appetizer
- 12 Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Pretzel Crisps
- 1-1/2 cups fresh crab meat
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
- 12 snow peas
- chives for garnish
- Mix crab meat, mayonnaise and spices together in a bowl. Place one snow pea on each Pretzel Crisp. Spoon about a tablespoon of crab on top (tip: use a small ice cream scoop for uniform size). Garnish with chopped chives.
