It’s time for Friday Night Bites and tonight we’re toasting to a special Easter weekend! Cheers to this fun, healthy, and meatless (it’s Good Friday) Veggie Shot. Enjoy and happy Easter.
These Veggie Shots are a fun twist on serving traditional veggies and dip on a platter. These single serve portions can either be served en masse on a buffet table at a brunch or cocktail party or arranged at each place setting for a sit-down dinner.
- 2 tbsp. ranch dressing
- 2 carrot sticks
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 cherry tomato, washed
- Make 3-4 vertical slices halfway down each celery stick, soak in water for 3-4 hours or overnight, so celery “fans” out as in picture.
- Fill dessert shot glass ½ - ¾ with ranch dressing.
- Insert celery and carrot sticks in shot glass. Stick cherry tomato on toothpick and insert in middle.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
