Quick and Easy Strawberry Dessert Idea!
Strawberry Season is here! If you have not had the opportunity to shop your local farmer’s market recently, make the effort, as strawberries (and blueberries) will be available now through the summer months! Take advantage of the season and use strawberries for entertaining. Here is a delicious dessert idea that is easy – you don’t even need to turn on your oven. Top this No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake with fresh strawberries and you will go from simple to special. It makes a great treat for Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Graduation Parties and your summer birthday celebrations.
No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
Makes 8 servings.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Refrigerate: 3 hours
Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Imitation Strawberry Extract
- 1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 prepared vanilla crumb crust (6 ounces)
- Fresh Strawberries
Directions
1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and extract in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
2. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with lots of fresh strawberries.
