The Brownie is #1 for “Back To Basics” Entertaining

For me, brownies are one of those foods that are heaven on earth!

When it comes to entertaining they’re also my go-to dessert! The “Holy Trinity” of food for entertaining: everyone loves them, they are simple to make, and are budget friendly. Brownies can be simply delicious, stacked up on a tray or can be dressed up and plated gourmet style. See the images above for ideas and use your imagination – anyway you go, you can’t go wrong!

I would have commented sooner, but I had to wipe the drool off my keyboard. And I’m not a huge brownie fan, so that is saying a LOT.

Oh, and I’m making the Baked Rigatoni with Sausage tomorrow night – I can’t wait!
