Vegan Holiday Treat – Peppermint Marshmallow Bark


Looking for a festive vegan dessert for holiday entertaining?  If you are we have the perfect recipe to share!  This vegan holiday bark is super easy to make and has only 5 ingredients: Chocolate chips, coconut oil, maple syrup, Dandies Mini Marshmallows and crushed candy canes.  It not only makes a delicious treat for your holiday celebration, but is also a great gift idea.  Just break it up, put it in a container with a ribbon and give it to someone who’s really sweet!

Peppermint Dandies Marshmallow Bark


  • 1 bag of Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Dandies Mini Marshmallows
  • 4 Peppermint Candy Canes (crushed)


In a double boiler turned on super low heat, combine chocolate chips, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Stir frequently until the chips are completely melted. Pour melted chocolate on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread out evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle on the crushed candy cane, and then press in the marshmallows. Let harden in the freezer. Once frozen, break into chunks. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy!
