Back-To-School Meals In Minutes!

Ok, it’s back to business and boy is the pressure on for Moms with school and sports in full swing.  For so many of us, the hours between 3 and 6 can be the most stressful of the day.  I call this time the PM Pressure Cooker as it’s sandwiched between school and sports and it’s when kids need to play, do homework and eat.

One way to help relieve the stress on you, is to put the focus on the kids and not cooking dinner.  McCormick’s website has more than a few clever recipes that make this possible. They are definitely kid friendly and although they are great for everyday, they can be the perfect solution for nights when you need to feed a group of kids a healthy meal that’s quick and inexpensive.  Just right for birthday parties, team parties and school functions!   Here is one of my favorites, for all five fabulous recipes go to McCormick.com .

Here is a real winner as it takes two of your kids favorites, Sloppy Joes and Pizza, and combines them into one delicious and inexpensive dish (just under $1.75 per serving) !
