Margarita Flatbread Pizza is a great way to enjoy the convenience of pizza with a homemade taste. It’s fresh, delicious and so easy to make!
Ingredients (yields 12 appetizer size squares)
- Flatbread (we used Fabulous Flats Tandoori Naan Flatbread)
- 1 lb. container Bocconcini (small balls of fresh mozzarella) – sliced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes – sliced
- Olive oil
- Fresh basil – ribbon-cut
- Preheat oven to 400°. Top flatbread with combination of tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 10-12 minutes until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle ribbon-cut basil on top. Cut into small squares and serve.
