The warmer weather is finally here and we’re excited about lightening and brightening up our party menu! One of the best ways we found to accomplish this is to serve a big, bold and beautiful salad.
This superfood salad is flavorful and healthy salad will leave you feeling satisfied and nourished. It features ingredients that pack a flavor punch into bite-size servings; no two mouthfuls will taste the same. We’ve included avocados to temper the heat of the jalapeños and add a creamy texture to contrast the course kale. Plus sweet corn and grape tomatoes to add some garden goodness (an ode to the Garden State of NJ), bacon (which makes everything taste like a treat), quinoa, and a big sprinkle of Feta cheese. Serve your salad undressed on a large platter with olive oil and fresh lemons on the side so you’re guests can dress it to their liking and at their leisure.
