I love Bloody Marys and try them whenever and wherever they are offered. So when I learned about Bakon Vodka, I had to feature their Bloody Mary recipe. It actually sounds gross, “bacon infused vodka?”, but think of the flavor permeating your Bloody Mary. It takes it to a new level and might just reign over me as king of the culinary cocktails. As I always say, there can never be too much bacon, so bacon buttoms-up to you!
“People have been mixing savory ingredients with alcohol as long as we have been drinking alcohol. Writers from the 17th century, including John Locke and Samuel Pepys frequently imbibed and wrote about savory infused ales.” – The Bakon Vodka website.
