Egg Creams are an unexpected “sweet treat” to serve at parties, while watching a movie or just as a way to make a Friday night more fun! They’ve been a favorite beverage since the late 19th century and unlike their name suggests, they are not made with cream or eggs but simply, chocolate syrup, milk, and seltzer! I served these up at a recent party and the adults and kids loved them.
