The Sharing Village Holiday Gala Benefit

Tonight is the sharing Village Holiday Gala.  After losing my father David to cancer in 1995, I promised myself to raise money for cancer organizations that delt with the human aspects of the disease and have been doing so now for over 10 years now.  I have hosted events for Cancercare of NJ and more recently and tonight for sharingVillage Cancer Survivor Groups.    Both organizations deal with the human aspects of  living with cancer as a patient and a survivor.  This Holiday please think of both when making your charitable contributions.  It sounds cliche (but especially in this economy) every little bit helps – and is appreciated!
